Prudigm hired to engineer MEP design including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinklers, Fire Alarm system, and backflow preventers for this new first-floor high-end retail space and upper floor office building located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan. Prudigm will also assist the client with construction management such as responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and attending site meetings.
