Bravo Realty/Rinaldi Construction are pursuing to build a new 11-story, 84-unit, approximately 90,000 sqft, building with a supermarket on the first floor. Prudigm has been retained to perform MEP design for the entire building. Karl Fischer is the architect. Prudigm will also assist the client in construction assistance (CA) during construction, which will entail shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and onsite meeting attendance. Design components include but is not limited to PTAC units in apartments for heating and cooling, garage exhaust, storage water tanks on the roof, pumps, hot water heaters, all required plumbing and fire protection, emergency natural gas generator.
